I design digital products with clarity, structure, and business reality in mind.
I'm Ozan — a design-led product manager, product designer and vibe coder, and co-founder of DecentraHubs, a 360° product and brand studio.
My work spans Web2, Web3, SaaS, mobile apps, marketplaces, loyalty systems, backoffice platforms and brand systems. I sit where design, product and engineering meet: I run discovery, structure the product, design the system, then follow it into code, QA and the app stores.
I work at the intersection of product strategy, UX/UI design, product management, business thinking, brand direction, AI-assisted execution and technical collaboration — one operator across the seams where products usually break.
Outside the work itself, I'm interested in how design, technology and business systems shape each other — and how AI-assisted workflows give small teams more structure, speed and production confidence.

- Complex products need clarity before beauty.
- Design should help users, stakeholders and developers understand what matters.
- Product work is never isolated from business constraints.
- Good interfaces are built from good product decisions.
- Design systems should serve speed and consistency, not ceremony.
- AI is useful exactly when paired with strong judgment.
